Acrylic Shelving Unit

Shoe Gallery, a Miami staple, wanted to upgrade their retail display for Nike shoes.  The shoes Nike has been putting out had some vibrant colors or nice materials with great textures.  These colors and materials needed to shine.  A frosted acrylic backdrop offered minimal contrast and a great neutral texture for the eye to use when looking at colors and textures.  Minimal competition with the product on display.  The transparent material allowed for consumers to view the bottom of the shoe. Each shelf was laser cut in house with a larger fabrication shop machining the 4' x 8' sheets of frosted acrylic.  All parts were pre-fabricated and installed in store. There are 468 bolts and 468 nuts in this retail installation.
