The Standard Miami

During Art Basel 2019 there were 26 acrylic birdhouses installed throughout The Standard Miami outdoor walkway area.  These birdhouses were designed with acrylic material to allow light to reflect and pass through onto the surrounding environment. The area guests walk through is sprinkled with different colors.  At different points through the day, the color moves with the sun as angles and reflections change.  Guests of the hotel enjoyed the colorful walkway as they meandered on the property.
